Booking conditions:
The booking contract must be duly completed and returned to us with
a deposit amounting to 30% of the total cost. After accepting the
booking (subject to availability), we will send you a confirmation
receipt detailing the remainder to be paid 1 month before arrival.
Booking cancellation conditions:
Late arrival with no prior warning (telephone messages are not considered
a warning); your booking will still be available 24hrs after the
arrival date on your booking contract. After this deadline, the
booking will be considered null and void and the deposit will not
be reimbursed.
Late arrival or early departure: no reimbursement or reduction
will be made.
Cancellation:
- 3 months before arrival: your deposit will be returned, minus
20 euros for file processing costs.
- After this deadline: the deposit will not be reimbursed (we recommend
taking out cancellation insurance).
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY SWIMMING TRUNKS ARE ALLOWED IN THE SWIMMING
POOL. (no boxer, surfing or bermuda shorts)
IN THE INTERESTS OF EVERYONE'S SAFETY, THE CAMPSITE RULES MUST
BE RESPECTED. Any infraction will result in expulsion from the campsite.
